This is not the complete list of all the prescription drugs that are offered at a lower out-of-pocket cost. These are the most commonly prescribed drugs in the US, which will be discounted up to 80%:
Antibiotics
Amoxicillin:
Amoxicillin is a widely prescribed penicillin-type antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, ear infections, and urinary tract infections.
Azithromycin (Zithromax):

Cephalexin (Keflex):
Cephalexin is a first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic often prescribed for skin and soft tissue infections, urinary tract infections, and respiratory tract infections.
Ciprofloxacin (Cipro):
Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections, including urinary tract infections, respiratory infections, and certain types of bacterial diarrhea.
Doxycycline:
Doxycycline is a tetracycline antibiotic used to treat a range of infections, including respiratory tract infections, skin infections, and certain sexually transmitted infections.
Anti-Depressants
Sertraline (Zoloft):
Sertraline is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) commonly prescribed for the treatment of depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder.
Escitalopram (Lexapro):
Escitalopram is an SSRI used to treat major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. It is the active S-enantiomer of citalopram.
Fluoxetine (Prozac):
Fluoxetine is one of the first SSRIs and is prescribed for depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and bulimia nervosa.
Citalopram (Celexa):
Citalopram is an SSRI used to treat depression and, in some cases, panic disorder. It works by increasing serotonin levels in the brain.
Blood pressure
Lisinopril (Prinivil, Zestril):
Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor used to treat hypertension and heart failure, helping to relax blood vessels.
Amlodipine (Norvasc):
Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that widens blood vessels, treating hypertension and certain heart conditions.
Metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol-XL):
Metoprolol is a beta-blocker that reduces heart rate and blood pressure, prescribed for conditions like hypertension and angina.
Losartan (Cozaar):
Losartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat hypertension and protect the kidneys in certain conditions.
Valsartan (Diovan):
Valsartan is an ARB that helps lower blood pressure and is prescribed for hypertension and heart failure.

Albuterol (ProAir HFA, Ventolin HFA, Proventil HFA):
Albuterol is a short-acting bronchodilator that provides rapid relief for conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Fluticasone (Flovent):
Fluticasone is an inhaled corticosteroid used for long-term control of asthma by reducing airway inflammation.
Budesonide (Pulmicort):
Budesonide is an inhaled corticosteroid prescribed for asthma and other respiratory conditions to reduce inflammation in the airways.
Fluticasone/Salmeterol (Advair):

Budesonide/Formoterol (Symbicort):

Cholesterol
Atorvastatin (Lipitor):
Atorvastatin is a statin medication that is widely prescribed to lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
Rosuvastatin (Crestor):
Rosuvastatin is another statin medication commonly prescribed to lower cholesterol. It is known for its effectiveness in reducing LDL cholesterol levels.
Simvastatin (Zocor):
Simvastatin is a well-established statin medication that is frequently prescribed to manage high cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Ezetimibe/Simvastatin (Vytorin):
Vytorin is a combination medication containing ezetimibe and simvastatin. It is prescribed to lower cholesterol levels by inhibiting cholesterol absorption and production.
Pravastatin (Pravachol):
Pravastatin is another statin medication commonly prescribed for managing cholesterol levels and reducing the risk of cardiovascular events.
Diuretics
Hydrochlorothiazide (Microzide):
Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic commonly prescribed to treat hypertension and edema. It works by increasing the excretion of sodium and water in the urine.
Furosemide (Lasix):
Furosemide is a loop diuretic used to treat conditions such as edema associated with congestive heart failure and hypertension. It acts on the loop of Henle in the kidney.
Chlorthalidone:
Chlorthalidone is a thiazide-like diuretic often prescribed for the treatment of hypertension. It has a longer duration of action compared to hydrochlorothiazide.
Bumetanide (Bumex):
Bumetanide is a loop diuretic similar to furosemide and is used to treat edema associated with heart failure or renal impairment.
Spironolactone (Aldactone):
Spironolactone is a potassium-sparing diuretic that is often used in combination with other diuretics. It is prescribed for conditions such as heart failure, hypertension, and edema.
Inflammation
Prednisone (Deltasone / Orasone)
Prednisone is a corticosteroid that is often prescribed to reduce inflammation in various conditions, including autoimmune disorders and allergic reactions.
Nerve Pain / Seizures
Gabapentin (Neurontin):
Gabapentin is commonly prescribed for the management of seizures and is also used for neuropathic pain, such as diabetic neuropathy.
Pregabalin (Lyrica):
Pregabalin is another anticonvulsant used for the treatment of seizures and neuropathic pain conditions like diabetic neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia.
Lamotrigine (Lamictal):
Lamotrigine is an anticonvulsant used to treat epilepsy and bipolar disorder. It is effective in managing various types of seizures.
Valproic Acid (Depakote):
Valproic acid is used as an anticonvulsant to treat seizures and is also prescribed for bipolar disorder and migraine prevention.
Carbamazepine (Tegretol):
Carbamazepine is an anticonvulsant widely used to treat epilepsy and is also prescribed for certain types of neuropathic pain.
Pain
Oxycodone/APAP (Percocet):
A combination of oxycodone, an opioid analgesic, and acetaminophen. It is used for the relief of moderate to severe pain.
Hydrocodone/APAP (Norco, Vicodin):
Similar to Percocet, this combination includes hydrocodone, an opioid, and acetaminophen. It is prescribed for pain management.
Tramadol (Ultram):
Tramadol is a centrally acting opioid analgesic used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain. It also has some properties that affect serotonin and norepinephrine.
Meloxicam (Mobic):
Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin):
Ibuprofen is an over-the-counter NSAID that is often used for pain relief, reducing inflammation, and managing fever.
Stomach Acid
Omeprazole (Prilosec):
Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) commonly prescribed to reduce stomach acid production. It is used to treat conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), ulcers, and other acid-related disorders.
Pantoprazole (Protonix):
Pantoprazole is a PPI that helps reduce stomach acid and is prescribed for conditions like GERD and erosive esophagitis.
